Opti-Seal

Description

This disposable, adhesive seal provides the best sealing option of plates. The Opti-seal is non-pierceable, but can be easily removed after the PCR reaction is performed. A pressure applied by the heated lid of a thermal cycler, is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling. Opti-seal has excellent optical properties,and is therefore a good choice for Real-Time PCR applications.

Alu-Seal :-

This disposable, adhesive aluminised seal provides a good sealing option for plates. Alu-seal is pierceable and suited for cold storage after the PCR reaction. A pressure applied by the heated lid of a thermal cycler, is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling.
